Well, nothing better for them than receiving your money then. Losing tourist is the last thing they would want now, probabñy. You had really bad luck in this but well, it´s your holidays, you both deserve them, try to relax and enjoy them
It seems rain stopped todat, it´s been the worst flood in 50 years in fact and they had a huge flood already last year, I think those poor people really need help for a flood prevention system
